This is the 5th Acura that I have purchased (the first from Naples Acura) and it was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have had. I will not hesitate to recommend Norm and Naples Acura to friends and family, and I will definately return to purchase my next car.

I like the overall scale of this dealership....not so mega-huge that you get lost in the shuffle and yet large enough to offer good inventory and sales/vehicle service. My salesperson was Norm Johnston and he offered many years of experience in the sale of higher-end cars. His style is consultative, no pressure tactics, just relaxed and helpful. He makes the buying process (which is never really very much fun, right?)as good as it can be. On a side note: Ross Levy, the general manage, went out of his way to provide us with some very helpful personalized info & advice about an upside-down lease problem our son was having with a different make of car and in another city. We were quite impressed with the amount of non-selling time he spent with us on this issue, even before we had made any purchase. Early routine service experiences with one of their newer young techs, Gordon Bennett, has also been quite pleasant-- he seems to really want to make sure that his customer leaves happy. Summary? Any dealer can sell cars, but this organization does a lot more than push hardware...their staff and attitude made the difference for us!

John Perkins deserves a great 5 rating because he followed up on our initial visit to preview the new RDX with a phone call and a personal note. When we were ready to purchase the vehicle we could have gone through a buying service, but didn't because we were treated so well by this knowledgeable salesman. John let us test drive the new RDX. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. John had the car washed, waxed, and gassed up in short order. After the sale, John followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was perfect with the RDX. We are very happy with our new Acura RDX. Disney World here we come.

I am really satisfied with the excellent service this dealer had given me. Everyone has been so helpful with my needs especially Norm and Scott Foster. The deal went so smoothly although had to wait for my wife's signature for the lease agreement before they release the car. They let me use an Acura loaner car for the time being which I really liked. I would recommend this dealership for those who consider buying or leasing an Acura car. (Some dealers wouldn't have bothered to make that change!) Everyone there was very informative - not pushy at all - and very knowledgeable about the car itself. Norm called to check up on how I was doing with the car - and offered his time if I wanted to come back to learn some of the more advanced technology package features. Norm and the dealership made it painless and actually pleasant! Will definitely be getting my next Acura from Norm Johnston and Naples Acura!
